PC Support Specialist
Reports to:
IT Manager or Systems Manager
Primary Objectives:
Analyse PC user requirements, develop, support and enhance programs on PC’s and local networks.
Main Accountabilities:
- Provide training for users as necessary.
- Contribute to the specification of standard PC configurations and functionality.
- Control the purchase of peripherals and other related products.
- Evaluate and review systems and training products, monitor industry trends and provide information to meet business needs.
- Resolve problems and provide assistance on hardware and software configurations.
Matching Indicators:
Tertiary qualifications in related field and/ or substantial experience working with PC’s.
