Recruitment Officer
Reports to:
Human Resource Manager, Recruitment Manager or General Manager Human Resources
Primary Objectives:
Provide recruitment services and advice to line management to enable the attraction of suitably qualified and experienced personnel to join the company.
Main Accountabilities:
- Assist line areas refine/develop position descriptions and key selection criteria for new and vacant positions.
- Develop and place advertisements in the electronic and print media.
- Administer the receipting and acknowledgement of applications, and in fielding candidate queries.
- Organise and participate in selection panels.
- Advise successful and unsuccessful candidates.
- Assist in developing improved selection processes including the use of ability testing.
Matching Indicators:
Relevant degree with three or more years’ experience.
