Refund/ Return Policy

If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Customers who purchase products must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description and is fit for purpose the Argent Group will not provide a refund. If the item has errors or is not fit for purpose, customers will be provideded with a refund on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a product refund customers must provide a written explanation within 10 business days of receiving the product. After the 10 business day period customers will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.
