Training Specialist
Reports to:
Training Manager, Learning & Development Manager or Human Resource Manager
Primary Objectives:
Co-ordinate, develop and deliver internal training courses and recommend external courses to meet approved training and staff development objectives.
Main Accountabilities:
- Conduct and administer training courses as required.
- Analyse training needs of particular groups and recommend training programmes.
- Maintain records of employees undertaking part time studies and counsel employees regarding the availability of external courses.
- Research external training and staff development courses.
- Contribute to the development of new L&D programs.
Matching Indicators:
Relevant degree and three-five years experience in training or education.
