Senior Human Resource Generalist/ Business Partner                                                             

Reports to:

General Manager Human Resources or Human Resource Manager

Primary Objectives:

Provide Human Resource management services and advice to assist with maintaining and effectively utilising the company’s workforce. 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage recruitment process, liaising with line managers and external agencies as required. 
  • Provide general assistance including research and policy development to the HR manager in the implementation of human resource programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews as required.
  • Contribute to the development of workforce plans.
  • Assist in the review and analysis of company policies and practices to ensure they continue to support the organisations needs.

Matching Indicators:

Relevant degree and more than seven years experience.
