Organisational Development Manager                                              

Reports to:

General Manager Human Resources

Primary Objectives:

Research, develop, recommend and implement policies and programs to assist the company to improve organisational processes and structures.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Select and co-ordinate external consultants to implement approved programmes or courses.
  • Review organisational processes and structures and advise senior management on areas of concern which could be addressed using OD techniques.
  • May train staff and have dedicated organisational development facilitators reporting.
  • Seek approval for recommended programmes and establish financial budgets.

Matching Indicators:

Tertiary qualifications with experience in training and development (OD) or related areas.
