Organisational Development Manager
Reports to:
General Manager Human Resources
Primary Objectives:
Research, develop, recommend and implement policies and programs to assist the company to improve organisational processes and structures.
Main Accountabilities:
- Select and co-ordinate external consultants to implement approved programmes or courses.
- Review organisational processes and structures and advise senior management on areas of concern which could be addressed using OD techniques.
- May train staff and have dedicated organisational development facilitators reporting.
- Seek approval for recommended programmes and establish financial budgets.
Matching Indicators:
Tertiary qualifications with experience in training and development (OD) or related areas.
