Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Reports to:
Compensation and Benefits Manager or Human Resource Manager
Primary Objectives:
Contribute to the development and implementation of remuneration policies and procedures to meet the company’s competitive workforce objectives.
Main Accountabilities:
- Research appropriate remuneration rates based on market information and make this information available as required.
- Co-ordinate reporting procedures within the company, to ensure information is readily available to management, the Human Resource Department and employees.
- Provide assistance to payroll as needed to ensure the accurate and timely processing of annual reviews and bonus or incentive scheme payments.
- Liaise with independent consultants and industry colleagues to monitor competitive remuneration trends.
Matching Indicators:
Degree and at least two years relevant experience.
