Compensation & Benefits Manager
Reports to:
General Manager Human Resources
Primary Objectives:
Develop, recommend and administer remuneration policies and procedures to meet competitive objectives and workforce productivity as determined by senior management.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and administer incentive or bonus plans, including employee share plans.
- Liaise with independent consultants and industry colleagues to monitor competitive remuneration trends.
- Develop remuneration and benefits strategies and frameworks to achieve company’s employee motivation and retention objectives.
- Research and asses appropriate remuneration rates for review by the General Manager Human Resources and advise on competitive conditions.
Matching Indicators:
Relevant qualification and minimum five years experience in general HR functions and at least five years as a remuneration specialist.
