Communications Specialist/ Consultant - Remuneration Report

Communications Specialist/ Consultant                             

Reports to:

Software Manager or Technical Support Manager

Primary Objectives:

Provide specialised advice with regard to communication strategies and improving the effectiveness of business communications by using different technologies.

Main Accountabilities:

• Provide high level technical consulting to selected customers and assist with implementation of complex communications products and software programs.
• Assist with preparation of budgets and schedules related to recommended solutions.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers to assess availability and cost of products and services. 
• Assist with the selection, development and implementation of hardware and software for business communications solutions.

Matching Indicators:

Three – four year degree or diploma with more than five years experience in communications/ networking environment.
